I believe that an eSports team's coach needs a lot of strategy and experience. In the picture in the article, Coach Kim Jung-gyun, during his time as part of the coaching staff, was often criticized despite being a capable coach because his weaknesses were highlighted. However, he leveraged his strengths well and, even now, is recognized as a master coach at T1, the best League of Legends team, solidifying his position.
This can be seen as an example of making the most of his experience. By the way, I once faced Coach Kim Jung-gyun in a 1v1 situation in LoL and won... though sadly, we lost that game
