1. Personal information items collected

 Kingle collects the following personal information for membership registration, service use, etc.

2.    e-mail: Used for sending general emails, providing information required in case of password loss, and handling civil complaints.

3.    SNS Information: Used when signing up for social media membership or when a member wishes to make his/her SNS public.

4.    User's IP address, visit date and time: Used to prevent fraudulent use by bad members, prevent unauthorized use, and for statistical analysis.

3. Retention and use period of personal information

 Kingle retains and uses the user's personal information only for the period during which the service is provided from the date of membership registration.

 However, the following information will be retained for the period specified below for the reasons stated below after withdrawal of membership.

4. Procedures and methods for destroying personal information

 In principle, once the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, the information is destroyed without delay. The destruction procedures and methods are as follows.

 1) Destruction Procedure

  The information entered by members for purposes such as signing up for membership will be stored for a certain period of time (see retention and use period) after the purpose has been achieved and then destroyed in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws for information protection reasons.

  Personal information stored for a certain period of time will not be used for any purpose other than the purpose of retention, except in cases required by law.

 2) How to destroy

 To view/edit the personal information of a member or a child under the age of 14, click on “Change Personal Information” (or “Edit Member Information,” etc.) and to cancel membership (withdraw consent), click on “Cancel Membership” and go through the identity verification process to directly view, edit, or cancel the information.
