You should try naengmyeon! > Food

One of my Korean friends introduced me to a dish called Naengmyeon today.
Honestly, I’m wondering why I didn’t try this sooner!
The sauce was super tasty and the noodles were really chewy in a good way.

Apparently, “naeng” means cold and “myeon” means noodles — and it totally makes sense.
It’s such a perfect meal for hot summer days.
If you haven’t tried it yet, I definitely recommend having it when the weather’s warm.

Also, it came with some slices of meat on the side, and the quality wasn’t bad at all.
Eating them together actually made the whole thing feel more balanced and complete.
