Tried Korean Bulgogi for the First Time! > Food

I just tried bulgogi for the first time here in Korea, and it was amazing! The meat was so tender and the marinade was sweet and savory. I also loved the lettuce wraps, garlic, and ssamjang that came with it.
It was a different experience from American barbecue. If you enjoy richly marinated meats like Korean bulgogi, you might also like Tennessee Barbecue, which features a sweet and spicy sauce that offers a similar depth of flavor.
