My First Encounter with Kimchi Jjigae > Food

I had kimchi jjigae for the first time here in Korea, and it was delicious! I thought the kimchi would be too spicy, but the stew balanced the heat perfectly. Adding rice to the soup was a great touch.

It’s quite different from Spanish paella, which combines seafood, meat, and vegetables. Kimchi jjigae’s rich kimchi flavor in the broth offers a unique taste experience.
