Located in Insa-dong, Yangbandeck is a traditional Korean house serving exquisite dishes like ganjang gejang (soy sauce marinated crab) and bori gulbi (barley-aged dried yellow croaker). The ganjang gejang is made from crabs filled with roe, aged in rich soy sauce. The bori gulbi, a dried yellow croaker matured in sea breeze, is served on top of rice for an exceptional taste. Each meal is complemented by a hot pot rice and a variety of side dishes, including soybean paste jjigae, pancakes, kimchi, and japchae .
